But for a real "database," you're going to need to find a paid service. Your university may subscribe to Thomson One and/or Cap IQ, which are great. Another one is Deal Pipeline, which is very useful. You could probably walk up to your library's reference desk and ask them about M&A databases.

hows bloomberg for it
i didnt even know it had a section where you oculd check m&a's but aparently there is. figured out on staurday aternoon
though i think it only include upwards of a billion dollars

SME data does not lend itself well to the majority of commerical databases. Have you tried German public databases?

Where i can get open access about m&a? I try every website that mention before but nothing works. I just need the company name list
