Prop Trading Offers: Peak6 vs Belvedere Trading

I am really exciting for next year and am looking at full-time trading offers between Peak6 and Belvedere Trading, both of which are proprietary trading firms located in Chicago.
What are people's thoughts on each?

Can you elaborate a bit if you don't mind? I'm not too familiar with all of this. Also what about Belvedere? Thanks so much
Is selling vol supposed to be inherently bad...? If you have the juice to hold the position it is not bad, IMO.
