Raymond James Tech and Services Atlanta

Can anyone shed light on RJ Tech & Services for summer analyst (tech sector rep, deal flow, prestige). How good is the group and does it justify going to Atlanta rather than NYC or SF? Any comments would be appreciated.

Thank you.

The tech & services group is probably the strongest within RJ, and tends to work on larger deals than the other RJ groups. Have seen them frequently compete in the upper end of the middle market on deals ~$1b with firms like Jefferies, Evercore, and William Blair. Exit opps for the group are pretty decent with may analysts going to large MM PE funds. They seem to be constantly busy so wouldn't expect hours to be much better than NYC or SF. Might also need a car depending on where the office is. Would also check out their Boston office.
