Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging Interview

Hello All,

I'm a current semi-target Senior with a first round interview with the REIB group at a BB/EB coming up. I was wondering if anyone could provide some color as to the technical questions that might come up? I'm not sure if I should prepare for typical WSO/Vault guide IB questions, or more real estate focused ones. Some specific past questions for those who have gone through a similar REIB recruitment process would be helpful. Thank you all!

I would suggest looking into any Starwood information. They're the most prominent fund involved in the Hospitality (Gaming and Lodging) space. Hotel specific pro formas will include RevPar and ADR on top of the regular real estate functions. Operating is more important in hospitality than nearly any other asset class.
