Career Resources
Healthcare focus. Solid organization. You'll see a lot of interesting deals coming through. Definitely a place you should consider.
Interview process depends on the division and position.
i believe the interview is for an acquisition analyst position.
also, what kind of exit ops would a place like Ventas offer?
Where are you now? How much experience do you have? If your coming from undergrad, I passed up an opportunity to work for a small PE firm right out of college, simply because its solely acquired MF product. I firmly believe in narrowing your specialty once you have seen it all, and I worried about limited exposure to all product types (and I was considering MF, not healthcare). To me, there are true liabilities associated with over exposure, early in your career, to a niche product. If healthcare RE is the only thing your interested in, then go for it. Either way, you should interview.
i just graduated from ug and currently unemployed. have had a summer internship at boutique bank (IBD).
unfortunately it's not for an acquisition analyst position (what i originally thought it was going to be) but Asset Management. does that significantly change the type of work you do/exit ops?
