San Fran Commercial Office Space Finally Cooling?
I started noticing the rent increases and supply due to come online but had no idea it would come into effect nearly this quick. San Francisco is still the hottest multi-family market (I think), but this is what can happen when rent jumps 36%. I also think a mid-eight to ten digit valuation being slapped on anything in the "social space" had a hand in this run up.
