Schools vs Costs: MSU vs IU

For undergraduate, my choices are Indiana University and Michigan state. I'm a Michigan resident so tuition there would be 20k where it would be 35k at Kelley. Neither of these schools are "target" schools, so should I save 60k over 4 years and go to MSU? I know Kelley is better, but is it 60k better?

Yes I am a Kelley direct admit.

MSU sends people to IB, and I am sure Kelley does as well. You just have to hustle, and get involved in the right organizations, etc.

Go to MSU, you will be closer to family and can use that additional $60K for personal development. Try and see what else is out there, focusing on "IB" freshmen year will just limit you to alot of learning/growing opportunities in different aspects of your life.

I would agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.
