Should you start looking for a job in college or after you graduate

In your senior year of college, should start looking for a job?

Is it better to get a job after college or go get your MBA?

If you have an offer after you graduate should you take it without looking for a better job?

Are you in high school?

You're so late to the scene, it's not even a joke.
I'm a college senior, most of us have been doing internships since freshman year.
Typically jobs upon graduation are locked in the summer before senior year.
Better late than never, good luck if you wait until after graduation.

Yes true, but it's not easy to get that full time offer for a job after you finish your junior internship. So in a situation where you don't get that offer, what do you, how do you leverage your internships in getting you a good job?

dude you need to be sending out thousands of applications at this point - every free second of time you have ... needs to be spent researching careeer stuff, emailing, following up leads, an endless amount of online taleo portals and the like for every company you can find --- hustle hustle hustle / then maybe get that 1 FT offer. Relax a little, see if you can get more offers. Because if you graduate without an offer in hand, you'll be starting a gap and it will be extremely difficult to land a FT position. If you start a gap, you might have to go temp to hire or intern again to prove yourself.

So you basically have a few more months to make something happen, or you're in bad shape.
