Simon-Kucher & Partners Prestige?

I recently got a fulltime offer in the US out of undergrad and I'm wondering how the exit ops are? The starting salary seems pretty low ~75k total comp, and I was wondering if anyone knows about what the exit ops or hours are like?

I'm in their generalist division and not their life sciences. I have another offer from Capital One that I'm considering but the location of SK is much more appealing as it's close to home.

Again with "prestige"? So if they offe was $500k would you care? We should ban the word from this forum... "Is this a good firm?" "What are exit ops?" Ect Not, "what is firm's prestige?" It's a career, not a pair of jeans.
