PWP vs Solomon Partners
I am very lucky to have received two SA offers at PWP and Solomon Partners. Both offers are for their generalist program. I know PWP has been on the decline in recent years and Solomon has been on a rapid rise to being a rising-EB, but am not sure if these trends are reflected when it comes to PE recruiting. I plan on exiting to PE after two years should I get an offer, but am not sure which firm has better PE exits. I also value workplace culture and wlb, and am not sure which firm is better in those two departments.
This is a shit post… Solomon is not good
r u stupid?
Should I eat McDonald’s or Ruth Chris Steakhouse?
Solomon is no where near an EB lol......get your facts straight
Should I go to Tobin & Co or Centerview Partners?
I legitimately think that Solomon Partners HR team (or a weird analyst) has a person that comes on this forum to generate hype around them.
100% the dude who did the video and showed a bunch of juniors pitching a client
he left after 1 year or 2 lol, and he interviewed me after he left to PE
^^^
PWP on the decline??
Stop propagating, PWP is not on a decline. Both of these firms are growing, PWP is just a stronger brand.
He wasn’t propagating he was asking why op said that and if it’s true. Relax
Only wondering since I have a few friends that signed there lol. Not trying to stir the pot in any way.
