First of all, you need to be able to make extremely basic, everyday decisions without consulting WSO.

To answer your questions. 1. Email back immediately. 2. Fuck no don't say that.

"For I am a sinner in the hands of an angry God. Bloody Mary full of vodka, blessed are you among cocktails. Pray for me now and at the hour of my death, which I hope is soon. Amen."

Yeah email back right away. Don't say what you wanted to say. No harm in saying I am eager to learn and would happily take on any and all work etc etc- something along those lines. Why on earth would you just say I'm aware I'm not your strongest candidate?

1- Early and often, keep in mind how busy people are. Probably wont even notice when you sent it

2- No. I'm also a fan of skipping a few rungs in the ladder (how else will you make it to the top?) but pretend you absolutely belong there and if you get called out during the interview for being "a bit junior" just pitch them on low risk vs potential reward, trainable/no bad habits, basically just make sure you have something prepared.

Compensation is not commensurate with education.

HNEPIn your cover letter, is it acceptable to put something like "I am aware I will not be your strongest candidate but I will accept all work awarded to me and perform them with (insert line here), and accomplish them in a timely manner."
It would be challenging to write a more compelling statement as to why you should not be hired than that one. For the love of god, please never say anything like that again. It makes you sound like you were (maybe still are) incessantly bullied. If you don't think you're the strongest candidate, why should they?
HNEPThanks in advance guys, I know these may be common sense answers, and I may be moronic for asking, but I am new, sorry.
There you go again.
