Stream Realty Analyst Program?
Does anyone have any insight about Stream Realty and their analyst program? Considering making the transition from the Debt side to brokerage or development and had Stream on a shortlist. Thanks!

Stream realty is a top tier brokerage across all of their service lines in Texas and growing in other markets across the country. They have a very solid reputation and you could learn a lot as an analyst there, or spend your whole career there and end up doing pretty well. I’d take a hard look at it.
Why are you moving from debt to leasing brokerage? Presumably the debt stuff you have learned is much more valuable than the analyst program at Stream... Also wouldn't make a move to Stream for their development team.
Just took a look at the JD, seems like it's meant for current students going FT. What kind of firm do you work for now? I'd have to imagine if you're doing debt now, a move to Stream doesn't make sense unless you really like leasing/tenant rep. Even then, the larger firms would provide better opportunities and experiences than Stream.
