Street Cred

It has been a long time since I last posted; but I feel it is necessary.

I have been working on the street for about three years now and in that short period of time I managed to do many things right and wrong. That is why today I will give you a lesson on building your street cred up as a "producer" in a firm.

Remember, there are results, and then there is everything else.

If you want to succeed in Wall Street you better learn how to pitch. Everything is in the almighty pitch and how you can take something and add value to it so there is a need for whatever you are selling.
I myself trade for three Hedge Funds that send me about $2 million a week in trades at an average commission of about 200 beeps on a pretty good payout.

My point here is:
Why try to be an analyst and get treated like $#it at a Bulge Bracket when you can go out and party, build some relationships and relax with a bunch of ladies at night. Instead of wondering if your MD's assistant from Staten Island is seeing anyone.

Just by pressing a couple of buttons everyday.

Love always,

(If you do not like the grammar please feel free to take it to your english teacher. Results and everything else...)
