Stub Year
Hey guys,
Can you let me know some more about "stub year" compensation?
I think that for stub year, one should get whatever months he has worked untill cutoff date divided by 12 months and then pro-rata, is this correct? Will a person get discounted for the fact that he works as stub this year, i.e. he worked for 6 months, but get less than 6/12 * full-year bonus? Thanks a lot.
Cheers
