The website claims that Marymount has air conditioning. Sounds too good to be true (maybe it's just in the lobby). But for air conditioning, a May 30 - August 16 rental, and a .5 mile walk to UBS/JPM/ParkAve, I don't think $3200 is unfair.

I think Marymount is popular with the UBS SA crowd. Several of my UBS friends told me that UBS books tons of slots there and that it's popular with the UBS SA crowd.

I'm going to be working in the financial district this summer. I would like to do student housing. Would it be better to live in one of the Brooklyn Heights locations or the Marymount location? Or the New Yorker location I suppose.

I seem to remember someone saying they had a good experience in Brooklyn Heights on here but I can't find it now...
