Talent recruiting from competitors
I am not in this industry long enough - but it seems like a pretty normal thing for IBD internal recruiters to send emails to banks in other firms --you can almost feel some pride - when MDs talking about their success in recruiting people from competitors - is that right? Does that indicate the talent war in IBD is fierce?
