TAP Advisors just posted an Investment Banking Summer Analyst posting on my school's (Penn) career portal.

Can't comment on deal flow, but will say that they had the worst recruiting process out of any firm that I interviewed at. Half the interviewers did not show up to our scheduled Zoom room, the coordinating analyst told me that they would reschedule for another day, and then I ended up never hearing back.
