Hey all. Just finished my SA at Barclays and very likely returning there for FT. I've heard Barclays has a small bonus haircut compared to other BBs. Can anyone confirm if this is true, and can anyone shine some light on which other BBs tend to have a discount? Very interested in being a career banker (enjoyed my SA stint and have zero interest in anything related to investing), so just wanted to get a view of how Barcap compares with its peers in terms of comp.
