So I'm trying to downvote posts that I don't like (like usual), and now I'm told because I had more than 2 MS thrown at me in the past 24 hours, I am not allowed to do so. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel like this is way too harsh. Invariably 1 or 2 people are going to disagree with what someone comments. What is the point of trying to punish active users?
