Thoughts of Spring Break Study Abroad
Hey there, everyone.
I have read a lot of forums on here about studying abroad and how it greatly impacts your resume, but I was curious if this was damaged by how long the program was. I'm considering doing a spring break study abroad program time in Belgium. The program would only be two weeks long and we would be receiving course credit for management classes, so I was curious if this would still be good to leverage on job interviews for investment banking or just a waste of money and time.
Furthermore, I only need three courses to graduate in the spring. I'm currently signed up to take Financial Markets, Investments, and, Derivatives. If I accept the study abroad program, I would get rid of one of the courses since it would give me a course that still applies towards my degree (Why take 12 credit hours when you only need 9?).
Curious to hear your thoughts.
Thanks.
no one cares that you studied abroad
Literally everyone on this website would disagree with you.
I went abroad, and went through the recruiting process. No one gave a shit.
are you talking about recruiting after you graduate then?
