Trading jobs in EU ?

Hi!

I just got recently axed from one of the biggest commodity trading houses in Europe - after 4,5 months - because 2 of the senior traders didn't like me being too outspoken and having "challenging questions".
My question is if you could recommend me any good companies to apply to as a trader.
I have a few years of experience in FX, derivatives and a few months in grains. I'm also interested in energy or equity trading.
It could be anywhere in the word taking in account that I'm an EU citizen.

Thanks,

G.P.
