I was wondering if anybody has had any experience transitioning from Operations roles to front office Analyst roles?
I’ve been advised that one of the best ways to get into investment banking is to just get into the company first, then adjust your wants and career path during your progress meetings. Can anybody confirm this? If so, what are the typical challenges for this?
