Trying to land a prop trading internship, would appreciate any advice!

Hi guys I am currently a sophomore at a middle tier (don't know if that's a thing) ivy school, and I really want to land a prop trading internship when I am a junior. I am studying computer science and statistics and I am doing well in terms of grades (3.98/4). I applied to several trading internships in last semester, but I didn't have the time to prepare for the interview and I did terribly. Mental math was okay for me but during some interviews I was asked to bet money on some poker games but the time was so tight and I didn't have the time to calculate every single expected value so I had to go with my instinct and ended up making some silly decision. I know I should prepare for interviews more and I would definitely do that during the summer, but I want to know if there is anything else I can do to prepare myself. I didn't land any valuable internships this summer so I thought that I would do the summer school, since the course load is already tight as a double major student. I am planning to take more upper division classes on math and computer science. Is there anything else I should do? Should I do some side project? Does networking help a lot? I really suck at networking and I am just grateful that those people whom I networked with didn't block me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
