Unsuccessful Full time Recruitment

Hello WSO,

I was a bit late to the party and decided that I wanted to do IB after a successful run in a competition in my senior year of college. I am now in my final semester and the majority of recruiting seems to have wrapped up without any success. Does anyone have any advice on what types of non-IB positions I should be seeking to put me in a good place for a lateral placement later on or FT 2020 recruiting? My degrees will be Business Administration w/ a concentration in Finance and Political Science

Thanks

You’ll get to know an industry in depth and participate in an entrepreneurial culture that values leadership and creativity. A deer urine collector can easily make more than a first year BB IB analyst.
