UVA vs UR vs VCU (with stipulations!)

I need advice. I was in the military for 6 years and then took an engineering job with the experience that I had. While working, I went to a non-target state school as a finance major. I am graduating this coming spring and I am finding it difficult to get an interview for an IB position so I am contemplating changing my approach a bit. My thinking is that I can quit my job now, go to a full time MBA program, ideally at a target school. I would like to live in the Richmond, VA area so my choices would be UVA, VCU, and University of Richmond. Out of these three, UVA would be the best but also cause me to live in Charlottesville, not to mention, they also have the highest acceptance criteria. In your opinion, would VCU or UR be the better choice? Or should I just take whatever position I can find and work my way in that way? Or an unknown option 3??
