When you work for www.wallstreetoasis.com, you don't have a dress code. You leave your dress codes at the door when you start working for this company.

Slacks and a shirt. A sea of navy or charcoal pants and blue/white shirts. That is why you always buy extra pair of pants.

Casual. Jeans and a dress shirt, unless its the summer and I'll switch to a polo. I'll wear dress shoes/chukka boots or hiking shoes but not sneakers. I always tuck my shirts in so I don't look like a slob.

Button down, slacks, and lace ups or loafers. If it's cold add a vest or a sweater on top. If it's warm roll the sleeves up or wear a polo instead. Jeans sometimes. Sneakers rarely.

At a Big Four in London it was 'business casual' (i.e everything in a normal suit except the tie) in the office, then upgrading to normal business wear (i.e suit and tie) when meeting clients.

Later worked at a small IB where it was required you wear a tie and be clean shaven.

Now I'm in a more relaxed place, but frankly I like the clean shaven tie wearing look so I keep to that of my own accord.

True casual. Shorts, t-shirts, etc. Basically anything as long as there aren't any in-person meetings and you don't look like a slob

dress shirt, khakis or grey/black slacks and oxfords if no client meetings. Vests and sweaters optional. Summer Fridays you can push it and wear a company branded golf polo. Client meetings are normally a suit sans tie. I work for a large AM firm in HQ.

I work at a hedge fund in CT... that's kind of geared towards family office / prop shop... I come in wearing my Barclays vest lol... I used to work there and no one cares and I wear jeans and a long sleeve outwear.it was kind of business casual but I came in wearing jeans and no one said anything and other traders started following my lead lol.

Shorts, sandals/sneakers, and t shirt in the spring/summer/fall. Whatever is comfortable in the winter. Hats are okay.

Apr 10, 2019

Button down and slacks w/ loafers or dress shoes, depending on what I feel like. Sometimes I'll throw on a nice vest / sweater too

Apr 10, 2019

Dress shirt and pants, nice shoes, either loafers or lace ups. Jacket outside of the office, vest if cold indoors. No tie.
