What to ask MD during informational interview?

I am currently a freshman, and I have a Skype informational interview coming up with an MD in a group I'm very interested in from a MM firm that takes a large amount of sophomores and junior interns from my school. I have experience doing these with analysts but I don't know if its as good to ask the same questions that I normally ask analysts like how they decided on banking/this group, their life at the school (if alum), how does your experience at the firm differ from friends/colleagues at other firms, what characteristics are most common amongst successful analysts, etc....

My thought is that they probably cant attest to many of those questions because they are far removed from it time wise.

Should I ask for other people I could also speak with at the end? Clearly since this firm is so big at my school I want to be able to best position myself for a sophomore summer analyst program.

Thanks!

In my experience when I reached out to MDs the process was very different than reaching out to analysts. Typically the MDs lead the conversation, walk you through what they do, are friendly, and ask you a lot of questions. Ask them how they got started in banking, what keeps them motivated, what they like most about their firm, where they see it going in the next 5-10 years. Talk about how the IB landscape must have changed a lot over their lifetime, and ask them what it is like

It will be totally conversational (again, this is my experience). How is school, whats your major, what sports did you play in high school, how did you get interested in finance? I didnt start networking until I was older (sophmore) but when you're so young people just try to get to know you/connect with you/make you feel comfortable. You should go in relaxed and calm and I am sure itll be a great experience.
