Where to go?

Where should I be applying?

-Non-target 3.0gpa with a social science major -started in a management role at F500 manufacturing -founded a fin tech startup and was offered VC money but quit because couldn’t find co-founder and talent -joined another startup as employee 4, product management, exited after a year. -VC for a bit -Joined a fin-tech startup doing data analysis as a first 40 employee, now we’re a unicorn.

This all took place over four years to give a sense of timeline.

I’m ready to cash in and move on but don’t know where to go. My friends in IB all speak very highly of it, and I enjoy finance so IB seems to be a good place to have a legitimate career where I can stay at a company for multiple years. I’ve sent out ~30 applications to BB’s and MM’s with no bites. Have geared up for business school but would love to get into IB without having to spend that kind of money. Do I keep plugging away at applications? Or is business school the best path?
