Worried about Application/Background check
Longtime lurker, first time posting. So I'm at a crossroads and needed some personal advice. I received a verbal job offer from the head of the group, and subsequently HR called to go over the details. They asked me to redo a new application (they said it was a formality). Under this new job application I mistakenly put one of my extracurricular as a job (I didn't get paid for this), and forgot to put my current TA job on there. My question is should I reach out to HR, and potentially fill out another application with the correct info, or leave as is, as it is a difference in semantics, and doesn't really matter?
