Would you list Argus on your resume if all knowledge of it came from video/online resources?
Title says it all. Would you list Argus if you didn't have working experience with it but understood the mechanics enough to not get dinged for interviews?

Career Resources
i wouldn’t, unless you stated you don’t have any working experience or used “familiarity with” or some term like that. the devil is in the details with argus and it’s really all about getting reps through deals and/or case studies and clicking around trying things to really learn. online resources and videos will generally only crack the surface of what you’d really need to know and be able to do to be able to back it up and speak to it during an interview.
I'd add it under your Education section, something like "Argus Online Training - 20 Hours"
Typically you list it when you get certified. If you aren't certified, go get certified.
I would not recommend. A lot of Argus learning occurs via working hands on with the software -- understanding and iterating inputs and understanding the flow through the output. Listing on your resume may draw interviewers to question.
