Ziegler Corporate Finance - Chicago

Hi All,

Anyone have information on Ziegler in Chicago? Specifically curious about anyone who has worked there and knows (i) Reputation of Corporate Finance/Healthcare division (ii) Is this Investment Banking?, (iii) Compensation from Analyst to Associate (iv) type of work that's done at Ziegler/underwriting processes?

Please let me know if you have any information, not a ton on here about Ziegler but they seem to be relatively active in the Healthcare space (Sr. Living, Municipalities, Hospitals, etc.).

I have a friend in the NYC office, so I can't answer your question directly, but will add what I can.

i) They really only do two things: healthcare and municipal finance (including education, religious institutions, state & city gov. etc.); reputation in healthcare is fairly strong ii) Yes, this is investment banking (they call their IB team Corporate Finance Healthcare or something similar, but they do M&A and advisory work)

Can't address your other two points.
