VP Promo Bonus?
I know many banks do A2A bonuses. Is there anything like this when going to VP or higher? Any other perks?

Yes - Baird does a $50k forgivable loan upon promotion to VP which vests over 5 years. Vesting is 1/3 each at year end in years 3, 4, and 5.
Baird also does a $50k forgivable loan upon promotion from Analyst to Associate (or if you join as an Associate) which vests over 5 years (100% vest at end of year 3).
Some banks will do a short sabbatical (i.e., 2-4 weeks off) if you take VP promote. I think an A2A-like bonus is a little less common from what I've heard.
Have never heard of any of the BBs doing anything special but it would be nice. Def didn’t get any sort of sabbatical/time off or extra bonus when I promoted.
