Does anyone have any intel on Covalis (performance, culture, comp)? They seem to be hiring very aggressively for a fund of their size in London ($2-3Bn)
Understand their main focus was L/S energy/infra/utils, but they are expanding now into other sectors such as media, mobility, leisure, etc.

Culture seems very good from ppl I spoke to on the US side. Would imagine it's more PM dependent. AFAIK they operate like a hybrid platform SM with more flexibility given to the PM and looser draw limits.
