I'm looking to get feedback on the actual culture that exists at Canada's banks -, , TD, Scotia and Canada. When I have interviewing alot of the past couple of weeks and made it to the final rounds of RBC and but didn't get an offer. Apart from the back the each banks had only 2 positions for the Summer and interviewed 7-10 of us for the positions, the feedback that I got from interviewers was that I seemed overly positive and enthusiastic and this was perceived as being "naive" in some respects. Not sure what they meant by this. Could someone give me some insight into this? Thanks.
One of the MDs also told me that he liked the fact that I came across as enthusiastic but some other people prefer the more quiet analytical types.
If someone you give me some insight into some of Canada's banks, that would be great. The last thing I wanted was to get dinged for being enthusiastic - if that really was the reason
