I always found it weird that HR actually encourages this kind of behavior by liking/commenting

thus creating an endless vicious cycle....

HR loves them because these cringey kids make posts after every spring week they have done and they tag every HR person that they ever met at the firm.

I’m interested to see how much weight these virtual spring weeks actually hold in terms of getting an offer for next summer.
