I have seen countless of 1st year students writing cringy LinkedIn posts on their Spring week. Do you guys recon HR, Analysts and Associates rate them?

We laugh at them, HR love it, its free good press
I always found it weird that HR actually encourages this kind of behavior by liking/commenting
thus creating an endless vicious cycle....
Some HR track these posts to see how 'engaged' you are with the programme
HR loves them because these cringey kids make posts after every spring week they have done and they tag every HR person that they ever met at the firm.
I’m interested to see how much weight these virtual spring weeks actually hold in terms of getting an offer for next summer.
Actual IB people laugh at them while HR loves them. Anecdotally, the people who post sw flexes are the worst performers, if they convert, in the summer afterwards.
