Marking a disability on an application?

Ive done many applications for IB roles and they always ask if I have a disability. I do have one on the list they provide (it does not affect my cognitive abilities) and I was wondering if anyone had every said yes and what it means? I'd rather get the job and cope with my disability on my own then get rejected because of it, even though legally they can't reject me because of that. Is there any perks to being honest about it?

Marking that on the application is only for HR purposes and classification. There are perks through the ability to get into the procress a small handful of diversity disability superdays (GS has one) but otherwise it has no impact and you wouldn't get rejected for it just being on the application.

Truly the best way to bypass this though is to get into the process on your own - skip the applications and network into a superday

I always said yes, as I have a disability. I am now a FT analyst at a BB (non-diversity recruiting).
