After that there was a phone call with HR where they asked basic technical and general financial awareness questions like 'what is the FTSE100 at today' and 'explain a P/E ratio'. Then there was an hour long video interview with HR where they went more in depth with technicals and your motivations (very equity research focussed). The last stage was a virtual assessment centre with a stock pitch, group activity, and a couple individual interviews.
