Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After submitting my resume, cover letter and information through an online form, I was emailed about moving forward to complete both a cognitive reasoning assessment called Criteria Corp and a series of video interview questions via a platform called Spark Hire. In total, these took less than an hour to complete, and I was given 5 days to complete them. The video interview questions consisted of a mix of alternating technical and behavioral questions. After completing it, I got an email that they would follow up shortly. Two days later, they emailed me a link to schedule an interview. The first interview was a 30-minute technical interview. After that, I was moved to the Super Day, which consisted of 3 30-minute interviews, one of which was with an MD. The time between the initial email asking to complete the assessments to scheduling the super Day was less than 2 weeks. I was able to accelerate the Super Day by a couple of days because of a different exploding offer. After my last interview with an MD, I got a phone call within the hour with the offer. All interviews were conducted over Zoom. The process went smoothly and I was satisfied with it.
