hiring manager or someone on the team which is a mix of behavioral questions and some technical discussion related to the specific position. The final round is typically a panel or back to back interviews with various team members to see how you fit with the company culture. They really lean into the star method for behavioral questions so it helps to have specific examples ready. The whole thing is pretty transparent and they seem to care a lot about whether you are a good long term fit for the team environment. It is professional but not overly intense compared to some other big firms in the industry

The interview process was entailed 3-4 behavioral interviews. Starting with HR, then a group lead, and then a VP. Overall, I had a great experience interviewing with them, though I feel like 3-4 behavioral interviews was a bit redundant. Advice I would give to anyone interviewing would be to do your research on the firm and know the job description. They do test to see if you know what the job entails. In addition, be sure to know your purpose and goals as that helps with any behavioral interview. I felt like people were nice, but also a bit robotic.

They reached out to me on email to schedule a phone call (basically an interview) and that process was pretty smooth. I did basic financial and economical research so I was prepared in case that stuff came up. Had one phone call about my college journey so far and what I desire to do. Asked me about why I like the company but no any technicals were mentioned at all. My interviewer was pretty nice I had gotten the impression that he liked me and I liked him as well, wasn't too intimidating. Got a phone call in a few days from him again saying "we won't be moving forward sorry" and that was it for the call... seemed kind of concerning.

Then had a second call with a different recruiter which went into resume experience + 3/4 STAR questions. Then I had a 1 on 1 video interview with a hiring manager. Very lax interview there as well, felt more like a conversation than an interview.

This was a 3 round interview process. A recruiter reached out that they were hiring for a VP of sales role in Pennsylvania. The first round was a phone screen/interview with a recruiter from the company where they are basically selling you on the role, and getting a sense of whether you would fit within the company given your previous experience. I made it through the first round and then someone reached out to me later about setting up a 1 on 1 Zoom interview with one the VPs of the sales team. That interview was more to assess your sales skills and if you had the hunting mentality to be successful in the position. One of the question’s was how much money do you make now and how much do you want to make here? They outline the comp structure and are basically assessing whether you’ll be a good culture fit. My sense is that the culture is super competitive and cutthroat and that they’ll cut you in a second if you’re not performing. I made it to the 3rd round which consisted of being flown out to SF for 2 days, and it was 4 hours of successive interviews with various people in the company. Again, it was more to assess your ability to fit in and will you drink the Fisher Kool-Aid. If you’re hungry and willing to work like a dog you can make gobs of money at Fisher, but be prepared to sell your soul for the almighty dollar

Received a phone interview with a recruiter that was fairly basic, a lot of behavioral questions. After the phone interview the process proceeds to an in-person interview at one of their locations.
Interview Questions
There were not any really difficult or unexpected interview questions. Mostly behavioral. "Tell me about a time that you were able to exceed expectations" and then the flip side of that "tell me about a time that you did not meet expectations." It was very conversational, also asked "what is your greatest accomplishment." Then a lot of the interview was spent explaining what the company does and more about the company as a whole. Phone interview was very relaxing and conversational with no unexpected questions.

Applied online via my university portal. Was contacted via phone for an initial screening. Then a few days later informed they wanted an in-person interview. They told me nothing about who I would be talking to or what positions I was being considered for. I met with three people from different teams for mostly behavioral questions. They were more like conversations, except 2/3 interviewers were clearly not interested in having to interview me. Then, about 3 weeks later, I was called and told that I would have another phone interview. On that call they still did not indicate the position I was being considered for, so I asked and received a rather rude explanation of their hiring process and that they couldn't talk any longer. Then 2 weeks later I received a thank you for applying call.

Mostly standard questions, all interviewers asked the same questions. Tell us about a time that you experienced failure during your time in undergraduate and how did you respond to that failure? This was not really an unexpected question but it really was the hardest one they asked (even though I wouldn't say it was hard). Like I mentioned above, it was nearly all behavioral and they didn't seem to care about any relevant knowledge that i had or didn't have from any prior experiences, or internships.
