Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, short phone interview with very standard questions. Then a superday in their NY offices with two interviewers at each of the two interviews. Apparently the superday process happens every few months because they want to see candidates on the market and even teams that don't have open positions participate in order to "fill their pipelines." This means that a group can like a candidate but nothing will happen because there aren't any spots currently available, and if a spot does open at some point, they will most likely arrange another superday.
