Associate Analyst 3

I heard about the job from one of the company's MDs, who was an alum at my school. He's saw that I was involved in managing a portion of the school's endowment, and offered me a chance to interview since I had some practical experience.

The first round of interviews were on campus, and consisted of interviewing with two different people. Primarily behavior questions, nothing too complicated since I knew the MD and was already guaranteed to make it into the super day.

The super day consisted of 5 different interviews, one being a technical interview. Mainly asked questions to gauge my understanding of financial statements, and credit analysis. Nothing too difficult. The remaining interviews were more behavior, asking the standards questions you'd get in almost every interview.

About a week later I heard back with an offer letter, and accepted the job. This was in October of my senior year, so I was able to get this under my belt early on.
