Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online through web site. Submitted resume, transcript and cover letter. I answered a series of questions about my intentions for the position and received a phone interview. The interview was friendly and they questioned my quantitative background, particularly. There was only one person on the phone in my interview with me. They were friendly but I didn't get the position after all.
