Please describe the interview / hiring process.
They contacted me by email to set up a first-round interview, which was several probability questions and one brainteaser (I think all of them can be found online). Heard back in a week or so about a second round interview, which was more of the same but a little harder. Not everything can be found online, but there are similar problems you can practice on. First round interviewer was an HR representative but the second round was a senior trader. They were both friendly and gave hints when I got stuck.
