Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Participated in a phone interview that covered basic probability questions as well as some fit. Was asked to come in for an onsite interview, which consisted of a group interview, followed by a tour of the trading floor as well as some time spent talking informally with traders, and then an interview where three people ask you questions and while you solve the questions they talk amongst themselves (to test your concentration).
