Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a phone interview. Then a 2nd phone interview, then an onsite interview.
Phone interviews were basic probability questions with some game theory and expected value/bayes theorem type questions. Pretty standard. The onsite consisted of the same sort of questions from the interview, two rotations where you shadowed traders, and a group interview. Overall, the questions were not too bad.
