Assistant Trader Intern

First round was basic quant stuff, plus basic HR questions. Probabilities mostly, nothing fancy, just a few conditional probabilities and maybe tricky calculations. Second round was tougher, game theory questions, confidence intervals, and some tougher probability questions. Still no real fit stuff.

Final round was face to face with head of ETF trading and a HR girl who didn't say much. More game theory, then some fit stuff. Less tough than 2nd round.

Mostly, they just want to know you're smart enough to do the stuff, I think. Fit is less relevant, as the place is very relaxed, easy to fit in.
