Assistant Trader Intern

I met recruiters from SIG at my university's career fair and gave them a copy of my resume. Two months later, I receive an email asking me to schedule a phone interview. I had two phone screens. The first consisted of basic fit questions (Why SIG?, Why trading?, etc.), and a set of brainteasers and simple probability questions. The second consisted of the same basic fit questions and much more difficult probability questions, each of which required Bayes' theorem. I was then invited to a final round at the office. I sat in a room with 4 interviewers and answered questions that were comparable to those of my second round. The interviewers would have conversations with each other in order to distract me as I worked.
