When I was in college (a few years back), I had an interview at SIG. SIG came on campus and was active on my campus (we are local to SIG). I recall having a group setting interview for SIG (at SIG HQ) after my initial phone interview. Some important advice for SIG interviews is: (i) make sure you are ready for probabilistic questions (ii) be confident with your responses.
However, the most important thing to keep in mind with SIG is: make sure you are ready to accept their offer if you are offered a position. I declined an intern offer at SIG (to do something in an unrelated field). After I realized I wanted to do finance, I could not get SIG to even give me a first round interview for a FT position. It seems they remember who turns them down.
