ETF Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

Started with online application. I had done no networking with firm but just applied on a whim. Then did online assessment. It was multiple parts with one being games/brainteaser and the other some math/probability questions. It was not super hard, I've done way harder assessments before. Then got email about 3 weeks later for a first round phone interview with recruiter. She seemed nice but not in a great mood. Maybe I caught her on a bad day. Interview was entirely behavioral. Basic questions. Did not get second round.
